Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We currently do not provide return shipping labels. The returned item must arrive at our P.O. Box before the 30-day period ends, counted from the date the shipping company marks your item as delivered.
Order Cancellations
We can only cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If more than 24 hours have passed, we are unable to process a cancellation request.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@dreamblee.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items not returned in the original packaging will only be eligible for a partial refund of 60% of the product's cost.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies.
- Refunds will only cover the cost of the returned items.
- Shipping expenses and additional services such as expedited processing or insurance are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, please send us evidence at support@dreamblee.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost with expedited shipping as soon as possible.
Returns Due to Customer Remorse
If you purchased the wrong item or wish to exchange a product, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your cancellation request is received, or your returned item has been delivered and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account for any pending transactions.
- Most banks take 2-4 business days to process refunds.
- If the expected timeframe has passed and your refund is not reflected, please contact us at support@dreamblee.co.uk to request your Authorization Number and provide it to your bank.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
